seeking a full-time experienced Customer Service professional to join our team located in Fort Erie. Your impact is critical to the success of our organization and some of your responsibilities will include: interacting daily with local and global customers to provide product information, inventory availability, and order status. You will have the skills to build and maintain excellent customer relationships; understand, anticipate, and meet customer needs; and resolve customer concerns. You will work closely with our Sales, Shipping, and Finance team members to coordinate and prepare orders for on-time international shipment in a professional and timely manner. You will be responsible for customs and trade related documentation. The interested individual will have a demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast paced work environment where you are trusted to work independently while also connecting well with both on-site and off-site team members. You are a problem solver and you work proactively to find solutions. Your excellent customer service skills, work ethic, attitude, organizational skills and teamwork skills are an asset and have been recognized by customers, peers and employers. Technically you are experienced with SAP, Microsoft Office, and International Trade Customs/Brokerage processes and requirements. Applicants must have a high school diploma. Post-Secondary education in a related field would be an asset.
