A rebar production company is seeking hardworking welders to join their team. This opportunity begins as a temporary contract, with the potential for extension based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Select appropriate quantity, length and gauge of rebar as required for structure being assembled.
  • Utilize measuring instruments – tape measure, straight edge, laser sight, jig as required to properly locate and space rebar.
  • Weld rebar. Tack welding. Responsible to reload weld wire and change and maintain weld tips to ensure weld quality is consistent.
  • Operate overhead crane once properly certified in crane use.
  • Must be able to work and operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure machine guards are in place and material handled in a safe manner. Must wear appropriate safety equipment as specified.
  • Be able to detect faulty operation of equipment being used as well as faulty material.
  • As required, sort and rework defective material, repack and dispose of scrap.
  • Always maintain a clean and organized work area.


Job Requirements:

  • Must be capable of repeated standing, walking, carrying, bending and lifting.
  • Frequent lifting of weights up to 50 lbs. Weights considered to be above the individual’s ability to lift safely are to be lifted using an overhead crane or lifted with a partner.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Working in a non-climate controlled environment.
  • Applicants can have either welding work experience, welding schooling or valid tickets. They do not need to have all to apply.
  • Must be able to work all shifts, days and afternoons. Must be able to work weekly rotating shifts.
  • Please be aware that this position will require participating in a medical, including drug testing before starting. As well as completing a criminal background check.


Half hour lunch is paid. Overtime is after 8 hours a day. Saturdays are time and a half and Sundays are double time

Shift times: rotate weekly, 2pm to 10pm and 6am to 2pm, weekdays.

Wage: $26.50/hr (Afternoons) and $26/hr (Days)

A greenhouse manufacturing company in Vineland is seeking motivated and mechanically inclined individuals to join their production team. This role has a strong focus on operating drill presses and brake press machines to manufacture steel greenhouse components.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate drill presses, brake presses, and other production machinery
  • Assist with the fabrication and production of steel greenhouse parts
  • Measure and mark materials accurately for drilling and assembly
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Stack, organize, and prepare materials for production and shipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and scrap materials
  • Support welders, machine operators, and tradespersons as required


Job Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude required
  • Previous machine operation or machining experience required
  • Comfortable performing repetitive lifting throughout the shift
  • Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions when required
  • CSA-approved steel-toe boots required
  • Must have reliable transportation to Vineland (no public transit available)


Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wage: $20.00/hour

Contract Start Date: June 2, 2026
