  • Reconcile daily transactions and submit required reports in accordance with company procedures.


Safety & Equipment Maintenance

  • Conduct pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report mechanical issues promptly.

  • Adhere to all occupational health and safety policies, including PPE requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.


Availability:

  • Ability to work from 2 Shift rotating schedule
  • On Call every 3 weeks


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid forklift certification (counterbalance required; additional certifications an asset).
  • Minimum [2] years of experience operating forklifts in a commercial or industrial environment.
  • Experience working in secured, bonded, or regulated facilities is a strong asset.

Job description:

The Warehouse Associate will assist in the warehouse with orders, inventory and service as well as backfill other team members as needed. Eventually driving and deliveries will become a bigger part of the position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare orders for delivery, shipping, or collection. Ensure that customer orders are accurately fulfilled, and the product is properly packaged prior to shipping.
  • Ensure that shipping documents are complete and included with the product and that the customer acknowledges and signs off for receipt of goods.
  • Load and unload product into and from truck trailers, stack and organize product on skids using forklift truck or hand carts (and other equipment as assigned).
  • Receive and check inbound inventory for accuracy.
  • With a sense of urgency, pack properly received inventory into the correct location and bays.
  • Provide in-shop efficiency and Fit Testing services for customers.

  • Conduct inventory/cycle counts and continuously monitor and report any low stock and over stock items.
