Job Description
Are you a self-starter, energetic Administrative Assistant looking for a new opportunity? If you have more than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, complex work environment as an Administrative Assistant and are a pro when it comes to reading and understanding and retaining new information, then this is for you!
Advantages
-Temporary to permanent contract -Competitive pay of $20 hourly to start
-Supporting directly three amazing partners/leaders Responsibilities
-Issuing/Editing invoices, communicating with peers and solving problems
-Proofreading documents, emails, and forms
-Communicating with department leaders, clients, and stakeholders
-Arranging meetings between clients and the team and also with third parties
-Formatting, preparing and vetting documents, Conduct email correspondence with customers and internal stakeholders in a professional and organized manner.
- Photocopy and collate documents
- Maintain and update manual or computerized filing systems
- Generates daily, weekly reports
- Records retention
-May perform other related duties as required by the company
-Requirement to work with Client ERP – completing and updating reports, importing/exporting to Excel files, loading sales orders, update sales order changes
Qualifications
-Minimum of 3, preferably 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
-Proficient data entry skills
-Trace accountability data entry skills in EXCEL is an asset
-Adobe, Microsoft, and Excel proficiency
