Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Job Description
A small law firm is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant and/or receptionist that would be available for a short term contract.
Job Duties:
- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Using a 3 line phone system. Including transferring calls and taking messages
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- performing duties under strict confidentiality
- submitting bank deposits
- Other reception and office administration duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available to start immediately
Wage: $22 per hour
Schedule: 9am - 5:00pm
Contract Length: starting immediately and ending in August, with possibility of extension to October
