Job Description
Duties:
- Answering Inbound calls to customers to gather information or provide assistance
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to actively listen to customers' needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
