Bookkeeper / Accounting Support
Job Description
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP; however, there is some flexibility with timing. You would like to review resumes and candidate videos first, followed by interviews with your shortlisted candidates.
Assignment: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Â
- Work closely with the accountant to clean up, organize, and maintain the company’s books.
- Enter accounting and financial information accurately.
- Organize financial records and documentation.
- Assist with general bookkeeping and accounting functions.
- Provide some administrative support for the academy, including answering phones as required.
Qualifications:
Â
- Previous accounting/bookkeeping experience, relevant education, or demonstrated strong accounting skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable assisting with both accounting and general administrative responsibilities.

In February 2017, I was contacted by EPC for an admin position with a company in Niagara Falls. I accepted the position and was employed there for three months.
