Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation
- Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Oversee inventory management and procurement processes
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance customer experience
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
  • Business knowledge to be able to budget, forecast and plan
  • Lead personnel and ensure procedures are followed properly
  • Liaise with HR to ensure progressive discipline is conducted properly
  • Help to ensure location consistency is being achieved
  • Oversee sales staff and ensure targets are met and follow ups are being done
  • Help with business planning and budget needs
  • Help to develop business further and help to provide ideas for growth

Experience:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
