Assembly Labourer
Job Description
A growing company in Fort Erie is seeking individuals to join their team. They specialize in building and assembling air filtration, purification, and ventilation systems.
We are currently seeking assembly laborers for either shift:
Days (Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm) or Afternoons (Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:00am) at a rate of $19.50 per hour.
Candidates must be flexible and willing to work either shift. The specific shift assignment for successful candidates will be determined at a later time.
Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and utilizing hand and power tools in the production of air quality products
- Pop riveting (dents and bending) of control panels
- Crimping and stripping wires
- Various other labour duties as assigned
Skills Required:
- Must be able to work with hand and power tools
- Dexterity, eye for detail and ability to multi-task
- Must be able to lift 50lb and complete repetitive movements
- Mechanical experience or education is an asset
- Candidates must be able to start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.50 per hour
Shifts: Are either Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch, or Monday-Thursday from 4:00pm to 2:00am with a 30 minute paid lunch
