Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up injection molding machines for start-up and shutdown
- Monitor machines and part quality to ensure smooth operation
- Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure initial products meet output criteria
- Troubleshoot production issues as they arise
- Perform mold, tool, and material changes as directed
- Optimize machine utilization to maximize efficiency
- Follow and consistently adhere to current work instructions
- Assist team members as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with injection molding machines required
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Current forklift and overhead crane licenses are an asset; training can be provided if needed
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $28.50 per hour
