Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential support across various departments. This role requires versatility, efficiency, and a proactive approach to handling a wide range of administrative tasks. As an integral member of our team, you will wear many hats and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.


1. Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner and provide customer support.

2. Provide excellent customer service at our front desk to customers, clients and visitors.

3. Prepare Sales orders for Walk in Customers.

4. Liaise with multiple departments as required.

5. Assist with data entry and update information as needed in the ERP system.

6. Performs general office tasks such as filing, data entry and document management.

7. Assist Purchasing with the expediting of order acknowledgments and purchase orders.

8. Assist Sales 

9. Support the team with various administrative tasks.

10. Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

11. Uphold company policies and procedures, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining precision and follow through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Must have a valid drivers’s license and access to transportation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
