<br><strong>The Warehouse Associate will assist in the warehouse with orders, inventory and service as well as backfill other team members as needed. Eventually driving and deliveries will become a bigger part of the position.</strong><br> 

<br><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Prepare orders for delivery, shipping, or collection. Ensure that customer orders are accurately fulfilled, and the product is properly packaged prior to shipping.
&#9;<li>Ensure that shipping documents are complete and included with the product and that the customer acknowledges and signs off for receipt of goods.
&#9;<li>Load and unload product into and from truck trailers, stack and organize product on skids using forklift truck or hand carts (and other equipment as assigned).
&#9;<li>Receive and check inbound inventory for accuracy.
&#9;<li>With a sense of urgency, pack properly received inventory into the correct location and bays.
&#9;<li>Provide in-shop efficiency and Fit Testing services for customers.
&#9;<li>Perform air filter customization services, ensuring a safe and clean environment by adhering to all safety procedures and cleanliness standards.
&#9;<li>Conduct inventory/cycle counts and continuously monitor and report any low stock and over stock items.
&#9;<li>Advise supervisor when inventory does not match packing slips or if there are any identified quality issues.
&#9;<li>Ensure that defects in racking and storage are immediately reported to his/her supervisor.
&#9;<li>Assist with the routine inspection of the facility for health and safety.
&#9;<li>Keep warehouse and front office areas clean and tidy, product properly located and identified, aisles clean and free of clutter.
&#9;<li>Provide back-up coverage for other members of the local team.
</ul>

<br><strong>Driving Responsibilities (When these are added to job tasks):</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Drive vehicles to transport materials to and from specified destinations
&#9;<li>Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil water, tires, lights and brakes in order to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition
&#9;<li>Load and unload trucks, vans or automobiles manual
&#9;<li>Obey traffic laws, and follow established traffic and transportation procedures
&#9;<li>Read maps and follow written and verbal geographic directions
&#9;<li>Maintain records such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements in accordance with regulations
&#9;<li>Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles
&#9;<li>Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to bases or other vehicles, using telephones or mobile two-way radios
</ul>

<br><strong>Job Requirements:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>High school diploma or GED
&#9;<li>At least one (1) year of experience in a warehouse required
&#9;<li>Valid Forklift ticket preferred. Forklift experience required
&#9;<li>Must have a valid G license or better and clean driving abstract required
&#9;<li>At least one (1) year of experience as a delivery driver preferred
&#9;<li>Mechanically inclined
&#9;<li>Ability to manage a variety of activities simultaneously
&#9;<li>Being able to speak Spanish is an asset
</ul>

<br><strong>Shifts:</strong>&nbsp;Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm<br>
